1. Who processes the data

The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Nikolai Aleksandrovich Tkachev (INN 781313760202, OGRNIP 320784700203340), trading as Foxmill ("we").

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and covers the website qalibr.ru.

2. What we process

When you write or call us. The site has no forms; you can only reach us by email or phone. We then receive what you choose to tell us: your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.

When you visit the site. The site uses Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service by Yandex LLC. It uses cookies and collects technical data: IP address, browser and device details, page address and referrer, time of visit, and on-page actions such as scrolling, clicks and pointer movement (Webvisor session replay).

3. Why

  • to answer your enquiry and to prepare and perform a contract;
  • to understand how the site is used and make it better.

We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or send newsletters without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Enquiry data is processed to conclude and perform a contract to which you are or will be a party, and on the basis of the consent you give by contacting us. Analytics data is processed on the basis of the consent you give by continuing to use the site with cookies enabled.

5. Who receives it

Analytics data is processed by Yandex LLC under its own policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential. Correspondence is stored by our email provider. Data is disclosed to anyone else only where the law requires it.

Data is stored and processed in the Russian Federation.

6. How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept while it is needed to work with you and to meet record-keeping duties, and no longer than the law allows. Analytics data is kept for the periods set by Yandex.

7. How to opt out

  • Disable cookies in your browser or install the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on; the site keeps working.
  • To withdraw consent, or to ask what data we hold, correct it or delete it, email info@qalibr.ru. We reply within 10 working days.
